Best customer service ever - OUTSTANDING! No matter who is working I've always been acknowledged with a genuine smile and greeting upon entering the store. I'm treated with respect and care whether I'm making a purchase or just asking a question. The store is always clean, neat and professional. The employees are friendly and knowledgeable with terrific personalities. Usually it's the customer who receives the "Thank you" sentiment. Employee had a poor attitude, & could not figure out why the juice was burning with a new coil! Turns out they sold us juice that expired either 6/22 or 4/22.. there are 2 different explanation dates on it.. Make sure to check your products if you shop here!

Great service, quite a selection of products for smoking and vaping, of all kinds. I was seriously impressed with the collection of pipes, bongs, and hookahs. If that's your thing, make sure to check them out.

This shop is hands down awesome! The best in the area! I absolutely love the options yous have available versus some of the surrounding shops. The employee Taylor is super awesome and very knowledgeable on the products yous have to offer. I'll go back to the shop just for her and the guy that works there as well. They are both very knowledgeable and can find something that suits you and your curiosity about other products they have available that you havent tried yet. Taylor remembered me and my disposable flavor i loved so much and recommended another kind of disposable that I fell in love with too. This shop is really clean, well stocked, very friendly staff, made me feel like i was an important customer, greeted very well,- better than Walmarts paid greeters! Will continue to come to this store and urge others to come here as well.

Place is pretty pricey for the horrible customer service, There is one guy who works here who is not knowledgeable about any of their products and is rude to us, so we will not come back here. A friend visiting from out of town was trying to purchase something that didn’t have a strong weed scent and wanted something fruitier for my sake (since he was staying with us, he smokes and we do not). We ask the guy what he thinks or would recommend would be more fruity or minty. His response was “I don’t know, you’ll have to buy different types and find out yourself”. Why work at a place that sells multiple types of products but not know a single thing and give attitude about any question that is asked… very disappointed.
