Favorite dispo in Redmond! Staff is exceptionally friendly and knowledgeable, definitely ask for their recommendations! They carry quality products - personally I’m a huge fan of Dabster, their disposables and dab cannons! I rather spend a few extra $$ and have high end flower and dabs. Marley has helped me several times and I always appreciate his expertise on all different kinds of products! They always have promotions going on, so even if you’re not a part of the loyalty program you won’t leave disappointed! Thank you Reggie you’ve turned this place around 🙂

Went from being the only dispensary my husband and I went too, to a last resort. Reginald, Natalie, and Rachel among others have always been so helpful. I came in on the 40% off day and got my normal order - to my surprise it wasn't on sale. They honored it but I was handled and interrupted several times by Aaron... I didn't appreciate being talked to disrespectfully because they failed to market their products accordingly. You advertise 40% off every Monday ALL OUNCES AND HALF OUNCES - after being told of other store competitors prices by customers. You cannot hold the customer responsible for your poor management. It's nothing new though, this is how my husband and I are usually spoken to in stores 😤😮‍💨.

Very helpful and friendly service from all of the staff here last night, especially my budtender, Isaiah. My online order was ready early and picking it up with a breeze. Great selection and decent specials. Good location.Just remember to get your parking validated, just in case. I would definitely visit Origins again!

Used to love this place, not so much anymore. The rewards program isn't great. I have to spend like $300 in 3 months to get 30% all orders after that and then your points reset after 3 months and you have to start all over. I get no discount with my points basically. They're always out of products and when they say they'll get a shipment in on a certain day, most of the time I go in and check and they don't have it or it'll arrive in a few days. Things happen, but why is it like that so often? Why am I making special trips out here so I can spend a lot of money and get something I don't want? I honestly debate if it's even worth it going in because every time I leave, I'm disappointed and that's not how I want to feel when I leave there. The employees are cool for the most part and some people are very helpful. Shout out to Brian, he's nice and helpful and I enjoy seeing him when I go in. I keep checking to see if things improve and I'm hopeful one day it's better but time will tell I suppose
