My pets health and coats are in perfect condition thanks to the Raw foods offered and recommended here, at Natures Pet!

Best customer service! It was my first time in, I just moved to Wilsonville and decided to pop in not knowing what to get with my pup with tummy troubles. The employee was extremely helpful and actually listened to me and spoke with me for about a half hour to figure out what is best for my pup. She was highly educated and said she was trained on all the dog food brands, she found the correct ratio of fiber and protein for my fur baby. So happy I stopped in.

Highly disappointed will no longer shop at this store. We have spent 100’s of dollars at this store previously. We left for a 2 week vacation and didn’t use or open the bag of dog food for our trip. While on our trip our dog decided she no longer liked the food and we tried to return it. They said nope nada 14 day return policy no ifs ands or buts! This is not customer service and what business has a 14 day return policy!!

Nature's Pet Market is much smaller than the big chain stores, but that can be a good thing. They have a great selection of pet foods, treats, accessories, and toys. Also, the staff is quite knowledgeable (unlike the folks at the chain stores!).

Great experience! Both clerks gave me their full attention to help find a coat and toy for my new dog buddy!!
