I went to Pacific Pets looking for more flavors of NutriSource kibble, and was met with a fantastic variety of options. The staff are very friendly and helpful, and their rewards program is excellent!

Love Pacific Pets, I feel so welcomed and cared for. Their products are top notch at a fair price, they’re always so nice to my dog, and they answer all my questions knowledgeably. Couldn’t ask for more from a pet store.

The lady working was so helpful she even found a tape measure for me to see if the harness we wanted would fit our puppy. The food she recommended instantly fixed our pups stomach and made her as regular as a clock which has made it easier to train her. I'll come back here from now on as the customer service is out of this world. Thank you for helping us and we've been well ng everyone with pets about this place.

This place is awesome! All of the treats and toys are at dog level so they can check them out and see which ones they like. Everything is priced VERY reasonably, staff is knowledgeable, and they have tones of natural choices. We were switching dog foods and they even sent us home with samples before buying. Bye bye petsmart! Round number I'm not sure. Dog bed, 30lb bag of dog food, Himalayan chew, gully sticks, treats, food samples, and an epic stuffed rhino.....$100. The look on my dogs face...priceless.

Pacific Pets is the best place to buy anything your fur babies may need. Their staff are always friendly, happy to help and ready with treats. We are always greeted by name and the staff seem to be genuinely interested in how we are doing. Blueberry and I love coming here to pick out treats, toys and clothing. They have a huge selection of treats, all of which are of the highest quality. They have a great rewards program for food purchases too! Plus the fact that I know we are supporting a locally owned and operated business, putting our money directly back into the community makes it one of my favorite places to splurge!
