Owner is super nice and helpful and cares about his customers getting quality merchandise for affordable prices! He comes in lower price than all the other shops I believe?

Panda Smoke is a first class establishment. I've been to some decent vape shops from North Bend to Everett, but today was my first visit to Panda Smoke and I was sincerely impressed. Before I even left, I used Google to text a question to Panda Smoke. The reply was polite and arrived in under five minutes. Parking was a breeze, and the staff member (whose name I forgot to get) was friendly and welcoming. He took the time to explain the different products they had that I was interested in. You can usually tell when someone just wants to make a buck off of you ... But this man really wanted to ensure that I walked away with a product that was exactly what I needed, even if it was the least expensive option. I was able to find everything I needed all under one roof at Panda Smoke. I use a rather hard to find e-liquid for my vape, and they had just what I needed. They also carry many forms and varieties of kratom and are educated on all of these products. The variety of glassware at Panda Smoke is AMAZING. They had everything from basic glassware to what I can only refer to as works of art, with themes from fun and whimsical to dramatic. Even other customers in the store browsing were friendly. I have vision problems, and the staff member was kind enough to assist me with my payment. I've made recommendations for other vape stores in the past... But Panda Smoke has taken over and won first place in my list of recommendations. I'll be going there regularly from this point forward and confidently encourage others to go to Panda Smoke and see for themselves that they are sincerely as good as I say they are in this review.

The owner is so nice. I was asking about a hookah and what the best would be, coals, flavors, sizes, etc. Got a great price on the whole package, and he is just a lovely man. We spoke about where he's from and his life, all smiles. He gave me a free disposable vape since we were talking about mint infused flavors. On top of all that, his shop carries the juices I like, and the prices are much cheaper than surrounding shops. Very much recommend, doesn't make you feel dumb, loves to help, and such a sweet soul deserves business.
