Today I was reminded why I don’t shop at Pete’s. Their staff is miserable I pull up today’s and park my car in the shade, I have my dog with me. I was just running in to grab a pax vape. Before I could even close my door the employee was at the door asking me to move my car, he said they might get a shipment in. Lots of room for a transport to park next to me still. I said no problem, I just park her for the shade for my dog. As I’m getting back in my car He then mubbles something. I ask his what he said and he tells me, you would think I’m the owner parking there. It was at that money I remembered how miserable this place has become. Since I had to start my car up again, I just left. They need to do something to bring the employees happiness up

I've always liked Pete's Pipes, it's a fun place to look around. However the staff is not what it used to be. My last visit the customer service was pretty bad and I was basically rushed out of the store. I might have spent more money if it didn't feel like the guy wanted us out of the store. It's kinda disappointing because they used to have some awesome staff members.

Went into Pete’s pipes last night to buy a nectar collector and when I picked it up to look at it, the worker told me to keep my dirty hands off of it completely insulted me I will never shop there again and I was totally gonna buy it

They have some awesome pieces in here. Over the last few years I have bought items such as bongs, bowls, bong bowls, or rolling items. The staff seem very knowledgeable about their products. I'd shop here more often if I could financially.

Great selection and quality for price. Longest standing bong shop in Windsor. I just wish the employees could be friendlier.. on numerous occasions my girlfriend and I have went in and the employees only acknowledge myself. No hi and can I help you to my girl. They don't even say hey guys, they only acknowledge myself.
