I have been taking my dog here for multiple years at this point, with various groomers, and there hasn't been an issue with any of them. We always opt for the appointments they have before they open, due to an anxious pup, rather than stick to one groomer, but all treat him so well. The store is clean and well stocked, too. On Saturdays the rescue that has cats available for adoption every day often brings additional in, as well.

I took my dog Si _ Si for a grooming appointment .They have excellent grooming services. They check every part of your dog to make sure that they are okay. I use Erica at PetSmart in Pottstown she is awesome and wonderful. Si _ Si loves to see her . When she's all done with my dog she looks awesome and beautiful and no more shedding yay. She uses the FURminator on her since my dog is a husky she sheds a lot. Thank you to all the groomers for an excellent job . Thank you PetSmart for all the services you provide.

I absolutely love Tiffany. She has been grooming my very temperamental difficult Pomeranians for years. She always goes above and beyond. I wouldn’t know what to do without her. She really is a gift. She isn’t just our groomer. She is our person!!! I am so grateful for her. Thank god for the few positive people in this world.

The associates are familiar with pet care and importantly with the products carried in their store. They are able to answer questions about the products in the store. There are good sales. The store carries a good selection of merchandise.

Went in for treats for my Rabbit ( which a competitor didn't have in stock) and found them. The store was very clean and well stocked and Employees were helpful and courtess.
