As always, I strive to be fully transparent, and I have been a ongoing customer for a few years now, and would like to provide some constructive criticism as to the areas I feel could be improved at this location . I gave it four stars because I always encounter professional courteousassociates always willing to assist me within the limits of their capabilities and knowledge. I only wish they were more knowledgeable, honest and informative … despite most always have my juice … when it comes to mods, tanks and coils .. that’s another story… unfortunately I don’t feel like they’re very knowledgeable in those areas … and the lack of knowledge is actually resulted in me feeling a lot of regret over my high dollar purchases because there’s been a few instances where I bought new devices to only later learn that they discontinued carrying a part that went with that set such as a coil or tank…. But more than likely, probably never even carried the coil that went with the tank… so I’ve never really gotten a sense that they value my purchase on those high dollar items as much as I feel that they should , especially when both times I was very clear that I was looking for a device that I was going to be able to invest in and be able to obtain supplies for only to be let down twice … this is especially frustrating because I’ve been returning Customer for the last few years. My suggestion to resolve these concerns : it would be great to see a more solid selection that’s been tested, tried and true by all the personally by the associates so that they are able to attest to the devices function and reliability… as a customer to be able to make those purchases confidently. Additionally, generally the best practice I’ve seen at most vape shoes is the standard to only carry devices the mods, tanks and coils etc they have thoroughly tested wriggly for QUALITY, and that they can stand behind to ensure that the customer will never have to worry about not being able to obtain any replacement parts or accessories for the device . So far I’ve gotten the impression that most of whatever devices are there are purchased on a whim to see how they do and if they don’t do well, then you guys move onto something else and that type of practice just makes me not want to purchase any more devices from there because at the end of the day, all that does is hurt the customers pocket, and our confidence in the store. But a big pro that I appreciate is that the store always without Phil has the juices I need in stock consistently without fail and that is some thing I greatly appreciate and that is what keeps me returning time and time again. I really hope this feedback is taken and consideration to make some changes in the future . Thanks 🙏🏼
