Been going here since the store opened, won’t anymore. Last week I walked in with one of MANY vapes I have purchased here. The two girls sitting by the register looked annoyed they had to help me find coils for the vape, one seemed to be in training but just walked away because, who knows, who needs training am I right ? Anyways the other girl looks at the vape I bought THERE and gives me coil options. Great. I bought 5 coils and juice. I get in the car and since it’s a new vape for me, it’s my first coil replacement. I open up the coils and they don’t fit. So I walk back in and tell her, she looks super annoyed now and with an attitude tells me she can’t refund the one coil since I opened it even though she’s the one that sold me the vape and coils. Uhhh. Look I know it’s one coil, but after spending a lot there, customer service matters. They’ve lost 2 customers over a coil and an attitude.

Great staff and selection of products! I don’t know their names but the girls working were super helpful and made the day just better 🤘🏼10/10 recommend.

Was a great shop, I even moved and have been driving 15 minutes out of my way because I’ve been very happy with customer service. I’ve experienced several defective products in the past few months, which is not their fault, but they always replaced the unit for me. Today I’m told there is a no replacement policy. She could not tell me when policy changed because she doesn’t normally work there and isn’t a manager. I guess I will find a new shop and spend my $40-60 a week in purchases somewhere that backs the products they resell.

This is my second negative experience at this location but will only detail the second occurrence I experienced today. After a long rode trip, I drove past 2 vape shops to specifically go to this one because it was closer to my house and I recently saw a change of hours. The sign on the door says Now Open From 9am-10pm. I was like whew they are not closed. I walked in and the girl asked if I was using a card because they already shut down the register. I said yes I have a card and I just want to grab a cart. She looks at the man who was behind the counter and said it’s up to you. He looks at me and says, No, I’m only doing disposables right now (there was another customer in there buying a disposable). I honestly thought he was kidding, so I said, are you serious? He says yeah, we close at 9. I looked at the door (you know the big sign that says open until 10) and said I thought it was 10 and walked out. I will never go back. It was 9:01pm! Very poor customer service. I did go to another shop that was happy to take my money and the employees were kind and engaging.

A store employee recommended this product to me and told me they used it themselves and it’s a great choice. I gave it a try and it does absolutely nothing, no Ingredients on the bottle for all I know I bought water. I called to ask if I could return or exchange it and they tell me only if it’s not opened… why would I return something unopened? Update: I got in contact with who I believe is the owner who was able to explain the product and gave me a store credit for my purchase, much appreciated.
