Shop local. But not here. Having read several reviews about the employees being helpful, I ventured into the shop on 7-Jan-24 with some questions. I had bought some cartridges and needed help finding a battery that would work for them. The guy behind the counter told me there were 3 options, so with his guidance, I selected one of them. When I got home, the product was defective. I was bummed, but went back the following day to take it back. There was a new person behind the counter - clearly not the boss... He couldn't get the battery to work either, so had to call someone else via the phone to ask about it. After about 10 minutes of talking on the phone while trying to get the battery to work, he informed me they have a "No Returns or Exchanges" policy. Regardless of whether the product sold was working or not! I tried to elevate, so he got back on the phone with the "boss" and after another 3-5 minutes of chatter, offered to have me buy a whole new battery at a measly 10% discount. Why would I want to throw good money at bad money??? The clerk pointed to a sign by the door (which you can only see 1) while in the store and 2) while leaving the store) which said "No Returns or Exchanges" There are better places to shop where people stand by their product. Always buy local, but reward great businesses.

As someone who has visited many shops around DFW and worked in dispensaries in OK. I have to say this place is top notch service from my man Ace and great products at good prices. You’ll wanna stop on in and say hello and try some of their Delta products. Tell them Matt sent you, won’t get anything but they’ll know who I am.

Great shop for al the vape and delta 8 product, disposable. I love to go to this place. Good price range on all the product. They listen customer’s need and bring it for us. great customer service🙂
