Very clean, very organized. Order pickup is very thorough and professional. Great deals depending on the day, though they do change. Some of the best first-time patient deals in the valley.
Short wait for pickup depending on when you go. Order accuracy has always been on point.
Pondy is the home of Sonoran Roots and Canamo, and they typically have good deals on these items. Decent selection.

High Dolla, but friendly, fast, and pretty good products.
Update:I have to deduct another star due to the woman at the pickup window allowing add on products for the woman in front of me in line, but then wouldn’t do it for me just using my points. I wanted to use my 600+ points and knew exactly what I wanted. NOPE. I would have had to go thru the front desk again and wait a while. If you aren’t doing it for all, don’t do it for one, especially when everyone could hear.

Their website is very deceiving when it comes to the birthday special..... It says within 30 days of date of birth, So technically that would mean 30 days before or after the date of birth..... It also says excluding deli flower anything over an eighth... The bud tender told me it excludes anything over eighth period..... Wasted gas in time Guess I'm going back to STORY CANNABIS THEY'RE NOT DECEIVING!!!!!!!

I have had my card for years now I usually have a great experience and never have I had so much disrespect for a mistake made by the employees of your company specifically frank bell and Daniel C for not only false advertising but then confirming my order, giving me confirmation that I’m good to go only to call me hour later when I’m right there to try to say you can’t honor a mistake on you guys like it’s my fault. Then when I’m asking to speak to the guy in charge all they can do is misdirect me to someone under so they can not honor what they have already confirmed and try and cover their own behind when it was there mistake on their end I’m getting harassed for like they can’t honor it.
