This is the smoke shop that I always come to, excellent customer service, and always have amazing product as well. Love the suggestions the staff always give me on what to try.

They didn't have what I looking for. I asked if he knew another location that maybe had an open type battery for cartridges. He wasn't sure but checked in his drawer and gave me exactly what I was needing! Amazing place and amazing people!!!

Everyone at PPV Arlington are amazing peeps...I enjoy coming in and seeing everyone. The girls in the afternoon, I apologize, I am not sure of their names but are Fabulous Gorgeous Queens...The fellows aren't too bad themselves. Thank you all for being so friendly, cheerful, helpful, and knowledgeable about all your product...I will be coming back over and over again just for the friendly service!! Keep it up YOU MAKE IT WORTH THE HOUR DRIVE TO COME SEE Y'ALL!!

Evan kept mentioning his general manager, doesn’t allow him to exchange disposable vapes only if they are misfiring or physically, leaking juice when I ask for the general managers name turns out he’s the general manager when I asked for someone higher up, he said he’s not required to give me that information was not trying to give anybody a hard time, but it was physically burnt I get the same vape every single time lost Mary kiwi fuse the sign clearly states make sure you ARE 100% satisfied BEFOR you leave I never left I’m not sure if this is a real rule or he had decided to give me a hard time I do business other places and if I ever have any problems before I leave the store They provide me with another vape, he eventually decided to give me a new vape at no cost and asked me never to come back to the store again after he was mumbling under his breath about inventory unfortunately the second vape that I got also taste burnt I do not think it’s the stores fault sometimes items get damage while shipped but the lack of professionalism from a “general manager” is beyond me maybe he was just having a bad day and decided to give somebody else a hard time. Just got off the phone with the Hurst Location they said they would replace it if I have not left the store, he was in fact just giving me a hard shame on you Evan 🤦🏽‍♂️
