I’ve purchased several types of products from PSB including dried herbs/roots/flowers, tinctures, and a salve. I was glad to see they had products like salves without essential oils (not all so check labels). All items I’ve purchased have been very high quality. They are a trusted source for herbal products and I love that they prioritize local!

I love everything I have purchased from Prairie Star Botanicals! The Relaxing Massage Oil is a favorite and has helped my neck tension that was causing nerve pain down through my arm. The fact that they are advocates of bioregional herbalism and source their herbs locally makes them very special.

This place is a gem. I came up for a visit last week & was so glad to have found them through social media. I love the learning garden outside - sometimes when buying herbal blends there is a disconnect between the actual living plants that turn into the teas, tinctures, and oils. I love the connection between the garden and the inside shop. There is quite a variety and it is all high quality. I was able to speak with Lisa, the owner, who is extremely knowledgeable. I’m excited to stay posted on any news or events related to this store and I will most definitely be back.

I've been using their products for 3-4 years now and can't recommend them enough! Their tinctures and teas are both amazing products! I've had to email with their customer service maybe 2-3 times over the years (which is not that much for being a long time customer) and they're always so quick to reply and correct any issues (I've only had shipping issues and they all seem to have been more on the post office's end - which... it happens. NBD). they're friendly and seem so passionate and based on my experience with their products, it shines through!
