I like the place and the bud tenders. Charging a round up charge is rediculous. Bought $40 worth of product, tip and $3.50 surcharge should have come up to $50 They rounded up from product and tip to$50 then added the $3.50 surcharge. So I paid $53.50. I know it’s only $3.50 but if this is standard practice that is a lot of money that we shouldn’t be paying them. It all adds up and at that super quick. Like I said I’ve always liked their bud tenders and it’s in a nice safe place. May have to decide if I’ll ever return

This is the location/storefront that ALL MMJ/Recreational shops need to be modeled after: •Professional Staff: I didn't have my ID. I tried to get in with a picture of my license, front and back, that I keep saved on my phone... NO GO. They explained the situation, apologized, and treated me with respect. I still left happy! They even called the boss to see what they said.. The boss backed them up. •Clean. CLEAN. C L E A N. •Well lit parking, signage, displays, and store. •Knowledgeable staff. •Friendly staff. •Selection. SELECTION. S E L E C T I O N. •Competitive prices. •Well laid out store, logical setup. Very intuitive and has a natural flow. Keep up the good work guys, and THANK YOU for doing the right thing, going the extra mile, and being nice about it.

Bought a vape cartridge, asked specifically if it would work with my Silo and was told yes. Got it home, didn't fit. Can only return/exchange for the exact same item.

If you are looking for a quality, clean, respected place to shop for cannabis products or CBD oil, check out this place. I like how convenient it is due to its proximity to downtown Edmonds. They also do a great job with product displays, and generate a overall feeling of a high-end retail experience. Before moving to WA, I had this predisposition of cannabis shops being non legitimate in the retail arena. However, local roots definitely changed my perspective and I’m so glad to have found this place.

It's about the most awful place I've ever been to their prices are ridiculous they don't price match like they advertise and all they can do is say I'm sorry like what sorry you going to do for anybody why don't you just do what you say you do or you advertise otherwise there ain't no point in coming back won't ever be going back to PRC anywhere in Washington
