Used to be the spot to go however they are always out of what I need and just informed me they'll never have it again (disposable loons). The employees also will rudely cut you off mid sentence to demand your ID. I get that you are required to check that but you can at least be polite about it! I'm very obviously older than 21 there's no need to treat me like a liar or a criminal just because I walked in the door. I will definitely be shopping elsewhere even though it really sucks to have to drive to cottage grove or Hastings to go to a smoke shop that is stocked and has polite employees that want your business.

been going here for nearly 3 years and i have always had great experiences. they have a great selection; they almost always have what i want and everyone is so helpful, jordan is the best :)

I was just there and Alaina, I think that was her name, was so friendly and helpful. It’s nice to see young kids enjoy their work.

I was rushing in today I got here about 8:55 thinking the shop would be closed as most are when business was slow but nope Allan and Jordan were there with a smile on there face greeted me welcomingly they weren’t mad at all they seemed very glad to have a customer thank you guys for the great experience and services 10/10 service recommended to everyone

Two employees there decided that they were going to discriminate against me as a young black man. They both were very rude and when I got into the store to look around and see if I want to get anything, they told me to be in the store I had to show them my id first when this is nowhere at all solely because I looked young. They said “its state law that you have to show your id as soon as you get into the store” I later went to a shop ( river falls smoke shop) that is also own by the same person and they told me it is not state law for me to HAVE to show my id as soon as I get in there. Nowhere on the door did they say I had to show id if I don’t even know if I was getting anything out of your shop. It was two white employees one female with reddish hair and the other was a white man who tried to intimidate me but just looked like a dude on steroids and no neck. I will not be back and I will make sure others don’t go, I will spread the word that this shop is racist towards young black people. I DO NOT LOOK UNDER 18!
