Can't wrap my mind around the lack of knowledge going on in here. Thought it was maybe the cashier having an off day but three times in a row is a pattern. I absolutely can NOT get the right coil here (he wanted me to take apart my vape to show him which one I was using 🙄), guy can't ring up what I'm buying because he can't find it in their system (because they throw away the packaging with the barcode on it 🙄🙄) then tried to overcharge me by 10 bucks on a 60mL bottle of juice. Like, this is what you DO bro. Take a little pride in your work and learn about what you're peddling. And on that note - I won't be coming back here. Customer service is okay but it's pointless when you can't buy what you want to buy from the guy who's supposed to be selling the things you want to buy. 🙄🙄🙄

Bought a cartridge from them , got home and it didn’t work. Hard to pull & was getting back oil in my mouth. 0/10

I went in and bought two Elf Bars BC5000 both were burnt and I was already at work so I come in the next day to return them and they say I can only exchange them for the exact flavor and brand and I went threw all of the kiwi strawberry and everyone was burnt and then I had to pick another flavor that was burnt and the guy told me it wasn't so I had to take it. Just wanted to share this because at least I feel like my money should have been given back to me or let me get a different brand or something. I don't feel like the care about there customers or their products. Very disappointing
