Had the most amazing experience at this location! The budtender I had, Tilly, was both friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the products available. Tilly made me feel welcomed and like i was getting an item that really would meet my standards. It’s nice to go into an establishment where you know the employees care about their job and actually know about cannabis vs just trying to move a product. Outstanding service!

Whoever was on register 1 (8315, the jar said angel) on 8/18 at 11:52am has a horrible attitude and bad customer service. Barely greeted me when I walked in. Didn’t give or show any options of strains, prices, etc. just shoved one in my face and didn’t say the name, percentage, price. And when I asked she just looks down at the jar and back at me. Hope you have a better day. Will not be back to this location

I REALLY LIKE WHAT I GOT FROM YALL BUT LIKE THEY SAY BE HONEST I WAS REALLY DISAPPOINTED 😪 I COULDN'T GET THE FREE EDIBLE FOR 1ST TIME
AND IT'S STILL ON THE MENU SAYING THAT'S AN OPTION THEY OFFERED ME A FREE PREROLL BUT I DON'T USE FLOWER
AND BEFORE I MADE MY PURCHASE I ASKED IF I WAS ABLE TOO GET THE EDIBLE AND THE DUDE SAID YES AND LIKE IN THE MIDDLE OF MY PURCHASE WHEN HE WAS HELPING ME WITH MY ORDER I ASKED HIM AGAIN ABOUT THE EDIBLE AND HE SAID HE WON'T FORGET IT AND AT THE END WHEN I PAID HE SAID HAVE A NICE DAY AS HE'S WALKING AWAY AND IAM LIKE SEE YOU FORGOT ABOUT THE EDIBLE AND SO HE LOOKS FOR IT AND THEN ASKS SOMEONE ELSE AND THEN IAM TOLD ALL OUT

Amazing customer service I've been coming here since the first day they opened and I haven't turned to any other since then and no I'm not over exaggerating 😂 I love puff company and won't be turning to any other 😂

I had the most phenomenal experience at this location on a Sunday morning with Lilly. She was extremely knowledgeable on essentially all the product, and was able to make recommendations for all my needs. Everything was well organized, and well stocked. Deals were great. The gated parking lot is separate and you will need to around to the front on the main sidewalks. Customer service was great - I will definitely be back if in the area!
