Absolutely worse customer service every over a faulty grinder. New to this area and this store. Bought a grinder almost a month ago and one of the grinder points break off. I take it to the store, the lady there said she couldn't do anything about it but never saw one break like this. She gives me the managers number and what a joke that turned out to be. I called and left a message, two days go by and I call again just to get some lady with a nasty attitude basically telling me not her problem and there will be no refund or exchange. This store just loss a customer and I will inform all of my friends in the area about the poor customer service and poor quality products. I will be reaching out to the company that made the product Backwoods and see if they stand behind their product line. UPDATE; I called your number you asked me to, no return call after a week.... I tried to email as you asked, keeps getting returned.... Thanks for the worthless support!!!!!

This place sucks! Just being honest. Beautiful display inside. But walking in, the woman at the counter said hello and then looked at us like we were insane for asking if they carry drip tips. She said NO ONE sells them, that she doesn't, and that she's looked EVERY WHERE for them. Leading her to buying 20packs on Amazon. We drove 7 minutes down the road and got one. Inno Vapes has a huge selection, every color, size you could ask for. Definitely not coming back here. Plus her attitude stunk.

Bought a $30 disposable vape just for it to completely break after 1 week of use.

Love this place and the selections. Great variety for whatever you’re looking for. Always clean and love the chick that I always see. She’s so pleasant and patient answering questions.
