Always had a great experience but I had to leave this review because I purchased a bottle of juice from them and when I tried it, it had a burnt and bitter taste like it was stale. I’ve made hundreds of dollars of purchases from them. They explained to me all sales are final but this is clearly a defective item and just asked if it can be exchanged. The female store employee told me they can’t do anything. In a way I feel like this is day light robbery…. If they were to sell me a bottle of water and I wouldn’t know till I try it out I am out of $24 for a bottle of water when I assume it was vape juice? This is just bad service and I plan to report this to the BBB.

I stopped in yesterday and met Brandon. He was very helpful and knowledgeable on the products. Prices are ok, not the best but would do when in a bind. I will be going back there again!

The store is great the employee Tom is very helpful, nice, professional an knowledgeable. But the chemical smell that comes from the hair salon next store made me nauseous gave me a serious migraine I felt like I was going to either pass out or throw up and is honestly unhealthy for customer's and the employees. But great company love coming to buy what I need! But yeah the Asian hair salon next door is not healthy by all means!!! Love Puff and pipe wouldn't go anywhere else to buy what I need.
