Absolutely adore this place. The staff is so friendly, I could call them family. I'm a weekly customer, and highly recommend this shop. The staff really know what they're talking about and are witty and charming. 5 stars!

This shop is the best in the city, hands down. Always Super helpful, will not only answer your questions but will show you how to use your device, in detail. They will never try to upsell you or try to sell you something that is not worth it. I love the shop and the workers are amazing. 100/100

Terrible service from the muscle bound Indian man that works here in the evenings and weekends. I believe his name is Jimmy. Has a negative and hostile attitude about simple questions and has no information on any of the products in the store. Suheel (younger Indian gentleman) who only works weekdays is very helpful, polite, and knowledgeable on the other hand. A simple change in staff and I’d change my rating and start going back. Until there's a staffing change here, I'd rather go to any other vape store in the city (there are many close by) than have to deal with the rude attitude and intense hostility from Jimmy.

Employee tried to charge $20 for what was clearly marked as $8. Double check the sticker to know the price. Too bad given one of the better selections in the city. Edit: definitely went to the right shop. Disappointed they would try to deflect a review offering feedback. They know what happened.
