I went in yesterday and every time I have been in I have had a great experience. Yesterday the lady that helped me was not knowledgeable. I asked her about the pre rolls she brought out a tablet and put it on the screen so I could look at it. I can see that on line. She didn’t tell me anything about the ones you have she stood there and just waiting for me to decide. I have always had someone who explains the difference between each pre roll. I also am a medical patient with a medical card. I wanted to see what my points were and she couldn’t find my information. I’m sorry to complain but I was very disappointed when I walked out.

The store has always been knowledgeable about their products and are always super nice and helpful. They explain all my questions. I love the environment. I would recommend this store to anyone.

Always nice people and fantastic service never any issue answering questions and well staffed,good product too but why else would they be in business for a good couple years already? The kther locations and Everest are cool too
