Nice addition to our downtown. Friendly, knowledgeable staff. Just check your packaging before you leave, and keep your receipts! We purchased CBD treats for our dog and when we went to give him one days later, realized someone had previously opened the packaging (6.5 treats instead of ~9, one visibly torn not manufactured that way). No response to emails, and when I called, was told there was nothing they could do because we didn't keep the receipt as long as it took to for use to "open" the treats. A store credit for a portion of the price would have been sufficient. Lessons learned! *In response to your reply, that would be great. That's literally all I asked for when I contacted y'all about this, and I was told there was absolutely nothing you could do about it. Who do I need to talk to about the next-visit discount?

Convenient location on main Street. Friendly employees. Some of the prices are a few dollars higher than other places but i feel like the convenience of the location compensates for those few dollars. Large variety of products and prices. And its clean and organized, I can find anything I might be looking for without much effort.👍

Awesome shop with amazing people. I love to spend my paychecks there! Madison is the best and very knowledgeable and Karen is so sweet as is Develin. Won't go anywhere else. Best shop in town!
