Other than the location on Old Spanish Trl, this is alternate location I'll stop at. Its stocked well, and the disposable items have continuously worked well for me. The staff is always attentive and you never feel rushed. Russell has helped me the last few times, he's super knowledgeable and extremely kind. I recommend this location!

I've been coming here for over a year. It's one of my favorite places for mods and juice. Could never find one to stick with till coming here, Swamp monster is definitely the best. Went in tonight with a mod that was giving me problems and Danny helped me and gave me some good advice and help with it. Yet again making me love coming here

7/8/24 I bought a couple wicks from here a couple weeks ago. I replaced my wick with the last one yesterday morning and less than 24 hours later it was burnt. I called them this afternoon and told them what happened and the girl told me to come down because they would need my credit card to look up the account. She told me on the phone that they would probably just replace it. So I drove down there to buy another bottle of juice and to get the wick replaced. It took me 2 hours before I was able to get down there and when I walked in the girl behind the counter greeted us and asked how she could help. She had long black or very dark brown hair.I told her that I was the one that had called and said that they were probably going to be able to replace the wick because it burnt so quickly. Her response to me was I didn't speak to you do you know who you talked to? I told her I did not get her name. The girl stated she was the only one that had been there and she did not take a call from me. I went to look at the time I had called and asked her what the number was so I could verify I called the right store. The girl then stated that she didn't know the number. So I said to her, you don't know the phone number of the store you work at? She said no...WOW!!! She once again stated that she was not the one that I spoke to on the phone once my son looked up the store number to verify I had called the right location. She then left us in the store and walked to the back room. How disrespectful can you be? I am sure there are a lot of customer service oriented people that would love to have her job!! I bought my juice and wick at OPV instead. I wish I could give this store negative stars but sadly it won't let me. I have referred so many people to this company but that will not happen again. I will refer them to someone else. Sadly by the time I left I didn't get the girls name but I think it might have been Brooke. All I wanted to do was get out of there!

I absolutely love this location! It not only has a variety of products but it has the friendliest staff. My favorite is Sunnai. I come there weekly and she is always so nice and helpful. Her personality is great for customer service. I wish everyone was as knowledgeable and helpful as she! I will continue to come to this location!
