Kansan who hasn’t been employed at Red Star but a few weeks has caught on very quickly!!!! He could tell me what flavor every SURGE was and his explanation of each was simple and easy to understand.. Chris is a great salesman who has knowledge of every product in the store. He’s very polite and knows exactly what I’m asking for when I’m not sure what coil or flavor juice I need. Both are a great asset to the company.. I ll be back

Went in for the first time looking for coils and juice. The people I would normally go to never keep anything in stock and always waiting weeks or months to get my stuff. I walked in her and Chris helped me. Dude is very cool, super knowledgeable. He was so helpful answered all my questions. They have all my coils for 4 different types of vapes. super happy and walked out with 4 bottles of juice. This is now my new place. Chris was awesome and is the reason I'll be a returning customer

If you haven't gave this shop a chance. Then I would definitely recommend you do. The staff at red star is amazing. Henry is very knowledgeable on the products and has a great personality. This shop is in my top three in San Antonio Texas.

This establishment is truly the creme of the crop! Henry patiently answered all of my numerous questions (first time buyer and was not familiar with anything) and completely listened to my needs. I'm a no fluff and stuff woman and prefer not to be sold on anything. Henry was extremely professional and informative, creating a perfect tailor made, and no nonsense, purchase. Both Chris and Henry deserve a shout out and I will definitely be back!
