I purchased two Geek Vapes two weeks ago and opened one last week, only to find juice leaking all over the device. As a loyal customer, I brought it back to the store, hoping for an exchange. Unfortunately, due to company policy, they refused, leaving me to absorb the cost of a defective product. This experience has cost them my business, and I’ll be sure to share my experience with others. Loyal customers deserve better treatment.

Been coming in for a little while now, and Chey and D are by far the coolest and sweetest people I've ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They both are extremely knowledgeable about the products they sell and are always looking out for the customer's best interests. Thank you both for always answering my questions and steering me the right way.

I love all the locations, but especially the location on Grant. BIG shout to Divi for always being helpful and kind during my visits to pick up new vapes. I don’t go anywhere else because of him!

Had been going to Freedom Smoke for the last 10 or so years, caught in a pickle when they suddenly closed down the Broadway location. I was little concerned about trying a new store for my vapor products as the atmosphere in some of these places can be sales oriented and I'm not into that. Red Star was a great spot though! Trenton helped me find a flavor similar to what I had a Freedom with a minimal description, due to that I decided to buy a new vaporizer and try another flavor different to what I've had in the past. Overall great experience and will return, it's my new go to location.
