Had a good experience here both times I visited this location. My orders were always correct, staff was friendly, and it didn't take a long time to get through check-in, get my product and get back on the road! Today I wanted to shout out Keonte, who was super patient, kind, and fun to talk to!

The selection of product is great I will say. I've visited twice now and my first experience was great. This second time around, the budtender was not friendly and just seemed annoyed to be helping. I asked for a specific strain in a disposable but he said they only had it in a cart and that he'd "throw in a battery". Well I assumed that meant for free but I got charged for the battery (my fault for not checking I guess) and it turns out the battery doesn't work :( no clogs or issues with the cart just a faulty battery I'm assuming and now I'm out $50 for a cart/battery combo that doesn't work. It seems like it's hit or miss for service, unfortunately.

By far my favorite stop of today. Why? The staff hands down without a doubt period. The spot was big and had some of the best service! Dude was patient and helpful. They refer to clients as patients and know alot about the product. They made suggestions when asked and helped me leave feeling like I stole something. I will be back again and again and again!! And the vision of this place! I mean I can sit and chill for a minute and it is kind of like an art studio with different vibes in each area!! Talk about Instagram!! I mean I could have played a video game if the line had been long enough, but they love quick no one behind the counter doing nothing while customers waited!! The pricing was beyond fair and just WOW!!

I had a challenging day with high anxiety when I visited this store, but John truly made a difference. He spent a lot of time helping me find the perfect product despite my low budget. I ended up with the GW Pink Guava, and it’s exactly what I needed. John’s dedication wasn’t about making a sale; it was about ensuring I got the right product and felt cared for. This experience felt more like finding a place of comfort and support rather than just a transaction. Thank you, John, for your exceptional care and kindness. It really made a difference!
