Super nice store! Just visited here the other day and they have an extensive selection of really great products (one of the best selections I’ve seen in a very long time). The staff is also EXTREMELY helpful, accommodating, and nice!! The inside of the store has a beautiful open layout with tons of options. I’m really glad I decided to stop by here on a whim the other day because I’ll definitely be going back. I would highly highly recommend this store!

Overpriced. Poor customer service. Purchased a geek bar here. Immediately after using it for less than a full day (before it even went below 90% juice) it started blinking red three times and would not pull. It would do this for hours, even if fully charged. Sometimes it would work, but usually not. I came back today to see if they could help me out. They said that geek bars are the most reliable brand of vape they have, and that they could give me $5 off my next purchase and that was it (lol). I told them no thank you, and that I’d take my business elsewhere. For $33, you’re paying for the old generation of geek bars. You can get the NEW ones forever $29 at other places around here.

Don’t come here they sell used vapes 🤢🤢They gave me an unwrapped vape with lipstick on the mouth and wouldn’t let me return it. Absolutely disgusting. Would give 0 stars if I could.

these people are scammy. I called earlier in the day to see if they had a product and for how much they sold the product for. The gentleman on the phone proceeds to tell me that they don’t tell prices through phone but to come into the shop and that they’ll help me get the “best deal.” Upon arriving, the price was the highest compared to all the other shops nearby and they wouldn’t price match. What a waste of time!! I wouldn’t spend my time coming to a place that price gouges anything they want to just for their convenience! Shame on y’all!

GREAT NEW STORE! They have everything you need. It didn't look too big from the outside, but the inside is huge and has everything from Mike tyson vapes to the custome hand rolled cigars. Right in the heart of reston. Just what we needed!
