Locally owned pet store that is very personable. Every time I go in I’m greeted with a smile. I see the owner most times I visit too. They’re always willing to answer a question and always offer to help me out the door with my dog food bag.

Absolutely fantastic!! After reading reviews while looking for a new, natural pet store resource, I am so grateful to have found Riley’s, and more specifically, the wonderful owner, Michelle!! My experience was excellent, from my initial phone call asking about a product, where she spent a considerable amount of time talking with me about various options, to my first (of what will be many) visit where she spent even more time sharing her expertise and helping me consider options for my 3 boys, one who is having some health issues. She also gave me samples for them to try. The store is welcoming and the prices were reasonable, with a few items, cheaper at Riley’s, than a larger, natural chain I usually go to. Michelle is super knowledgeable, kind, passionate about animals, and obviously wants to help us humans, give them the best!

Did a quick Google search for Fromm’s dog food and Riley’s popped up with great reviews and decided to give it a try. I'm so happy I went here! I've never walked into a pet store and felt right at home and so well taken care of. I found my dog food and a dog olivewood treat. You can even have your dog/cat food ordered (call by Thursday and you will get it the next week). I have found our pet store!!

I went in looking for something to help my dog with separation anxiety. What I found was somebody deeply knowledgeable about the products on offer, dogs in general, and an immense kindness to the point they handed me products to try free of charge simply because they want the best for the animals. I've never had such a kind interaction at any other store. Looking forward to this being my first stop for any pet needs

Riley's was a really good find with a great selection and a friendly staff. Michelle was particularly helpful in finding me a good dog food on a budget! 5 stars!
