After having trouble at all the major pharmacies (I called at least 20 different locations) the staff at Rio Grande Pharmacy were the only ones that offered to help me. They took the time to understand the difficulty and to help solve the problem with the prescribing doctor, and were even able to make sure the doctor prescribed an rx that was going to be covered by my insurance. All of the staff there were kind, knowledgeable, and patient enough to get the job done. They have definitely earned my future business.

This will be my new pharmacy! I love supporting local businesses, and this pharmacy is owned and operated by a local Pharmacist. They provided excellent customer service and are very detail oriented. Easy to have a conversation with about your medication therapy. They provide immunizations too, which is nice! It's nice to get treated so well going into a pharmacy again!

My husband was referred to this pharmacy and now I will also be using them. Love the delivery option, very helpful! The staff is always so nice and the store is always clean and orderly.

They texted me 22 April 2024 that they had a prescription for me and that they were going to deliver it to my home that day. Today is 30 APRIL 2024. I've called 3 times! I still have NOT received my medication!! I called again today. Again they said it is out for delivery!! WHAT?? I told them, if my meds aren't here, I will take an Uber and come to get my meds. The person on the phone Promised that it is on the way! I called Walgreens. They can give not my meds to me because F-ing Rio Grande has been paid for it already!! DO NOT TRUST RIO GRANDE PHARMACY!! They DEFINITELY will let you DOWN!!

This is a great, full-service pharmacy that has the Novavax vaccine available for primary and booster shots (if you have not had boosters from other vaccines). They even deliver prescriptions to your door and carry a wide range of pharmaceutical-grade CBD products. Great, friendly service 👌
