Wonderful delivery experience. Greg is so nice and pleasant. I love that I get a call when they are a few minutes out so I can be prepared when he arrives.
Michael was very polite. There was a mix up on delivery time and he was very understanding and flexible. I appreciated it very much. Overall it was another wonderful experience.

Has good options but the bud tenders give incorrect change and aren't very friendly. Ive received Canada coins from them and when I asked if they could exchange the coin they gave me they said no we didn't give you that. When this is the only dispensary I go to and the only place I use cast at. They also do this weird thing if you pay with debt, they charge you an extra fee and its whatever the budtender wants to round up to. So that can be 5$ or 6$. When it should only be the sales tax. So if you shop here just be careful and make sure to check your change.

Phenomenal dispensary and customer service. I opted for medical delivery service and had the pleasure of working with Michael B. Mike had constant communication and was kind enough to deliver to my door. He was professional and discreet. I will be using this dispensary and services again soon. Also better priced then other downtown Bethesda dispensaries.

Loved my recent visit at Rise Bethesda. I walked in already having an online order set and walked out with more than what I intend because of the variety of deals and selections. I was helped by Elvin who was well informed of the products and offered me tons of support when choosing what is right for me and what I was looking for. Loved the atmosphere and will definitely be returning soon!

Staff was very friendly and super helpful. I came in with an idea of what I wanted but was still unsure of what to purchase. Mel ended up helping me and I was able to walk out with something I’m sure I’ll like. She listened to my concerns, presented me with a couple options and explained everything very well.
