I had an incredibly positive experience here. The staff went absolutely above and beyond to help me through my first visit to Rise. I had so many questions and the woman at the front desk, Amber, was so kind and patient with me. Not only did she take the time to guide me through the process but she made EXCELLENT recommendations! The products Amber helped me choose were exactly what I needed and have done so much to alleviate my symptoms. I just can't say enough good things about this place and the people who work there. Jessica was so friendly today when I stopped in! The store as a whole is always well stocked, clean, the check in/verification employees are always kind and welcoming and the pick up process quick and very professional. Impressive spot to have here in Abingdon for medical card patients 💚

Got the best resin in the whole state but the two gram black containers are not as good as when they first started if you buy a two gram cartridge don’t let it get cold but mainly save your receipt in case they are defective because some are defective but it’s the best in the state and the staff is awesome they always friendly fast but only on the two gram containers is only thing that worr

The staff at Rise were very helpful. For someone who has never tried these products for sleep and pain it was nice to meet with the pharmacist first and go over everything. They get a full understanding of your needs and you get a full understanding of the help these products can provide. Greg, the pharmacist, took his time and explained everything so I could make an educated choice on what to try. The staff up front were very friendly and so was Caleb who checked me out. It is a very comfortable setting and very clean. I will be back.
