I recently visited Rise and had an amazing experience! The entire team helped me, especially Stephen, Max, Alex, and Jen, provided outstanding customer service. I wasn’t quite sure what I was looking for but they explained the different products in a way that was easy to understand. They were knowledgeable, friendly, and professional, making my visit pleasant and hassle-free. Highly recommend this location!

Always been a fan of RISE products. The delivery is the best around in my opinion and normally same day. The team is always on point and friendly. They are doing a great job on keeping a good atmosphere and training the new employees. Thanks KC & Pablo for the discreet delivery and awesome customer service. Kudos RISE Team!

This place is amazing! From Amy up front to Iain and Jen checking us out everyone was so nice and helpful. You guys are all awesome and shopping was super easy and quick!!

I love this store! The staff is knowledgeable and compassionate. Max helped me and ensured I left happy and educated. I would choose rise over places like sunburn and jungle boys because of the environment in store and the quality/affordable products! Lots of love to this team. 💜

This is a very clean and professional facility, filled with knowledgeable and informative staff members. Anissa welcomed me and discussed the entire process, along with details of the many different products offered. She was patient and answered all of my questions until I felt I knew exactly what I wanted. Max then prepared our order and was energetic and informative, as well! He was very knowledgeable and helped me understand the different products. His passion for helping people was evident. I rarely rate a place. But, this one is a good one, for sure.
