Went last night to buy two carts, one didn't fit. I went back the next day, the guy Abdul gave great customer service! He easily replaced the one that didn't fit without any problems! Even the guy from last night (red hair bearded guy) was very helpful as well. I'd recommend them to everyone! Especially us here the Lucky Ranch community

idk the name of the guy but this was my first time going to this place and asked about pre rolls and the guy made me feel like and looked at me like i’m stupid and have no idea what i’m talking about and as well as talked to me like i’m clueless but yet when other men come in he talked them like regular people. poor customer service won’t be coming back

VERY RUDE SERVICE!!! Me and my fiancé went on a date to the Mexican restaurant and decided to stop by the vape shop but once we walked in we were carded but because my fiancé pays for everything on dates I don’t bring my wallet and because I didn’t have my physical ID he made me wait outside the store! Like bro I’m literally here with a prego belly and I am literally 21! I asked if I can wait by the entrance of the door inside bc people were looking at me outside weird and the guy who worked there told me no and he wouldn’t sell anything to my fiancé until I was completely outside like bro I worked at a smoke shop before as long as I am not buying anything I’m good I’m literally here with my mans plus I’m pregnant its not like I’m smoking anything, what a damn idiot he was. I didn’t catch the guys name who was working there but he was white with red hair and beard. Worst service ever.

I’ve been buying disposable vapes from this store for at least a year or two now. It really is a hit or miss depending on who’s working there that night and what products they have in stock. I really didn’t want to come on here and write this but something happened last night that really rubbed me the wrong way and was so incredibly RUDE. Didn’t catch the employee’s name but some white guy with red hair and a beard who was training a woman that was just hired. My previous visit before this I was having a conversation with another employee who was letting me sample a Foger vape. We were standing a little behind the counter and having a discussion about flavors everything was cool. I return a few nights later to buy the vape I had previously tried and the guy who was there last night literally talked to me and treated me like I was some kind of criminal instead of a customer. We said hi and I started walking towards the back to show him what brand and flavor of vape I wanted. As I was inching closer to try to read the labels he immediately in an extremely harsh and disgusting tone yelled, “MA’AM. MA’AM TOO CLOSE”. Excuse me? They’re vapes. I drive an Audi, why would I want to steal a $30 vape? I was literally the only person in the store too so there was no reason to get that upset and speak to me in that tone. It was so disrespectful and disgusting, you’re going to yell at me because I was getting too close to the wall and literally couldn’t see the small writing on the vape because I wasn’t wearing my glasses? How is it that another employee literally had a 10 minute discussion with me in front of the same wall by the register and this guy literally screams at me for walking a little past the glass cabinet. To top it all off, he mentions Foger is having a sale when you buy two and I had to tell him MULTIPLE times, no thank you I just want one because it was my first time trying that brand. Even the younger woman he was training looked uncomfortable like dude you are taking your job way too seriously and if someone tells you they’re not interested in something, they’re not interested! Stop being pushy! I’ve never had a bad interaction with employees here but the way this man talked to me truly made me so uncomfortable and it was disgusting. Get off your high horse and watch how you speak to customers. I’m never coming back to this store this truly ruined my night and made me feel like I was in trouble for something I wasn’t even aware of. Do better.
