I went in Sunday for the first time. As I walked into the waiting area, I was very politely greeted. Time flew by as the waiting room was filled with informational areas and even other products. I went in to be tended by Lee, who was not only amiable but very knowledgeable. When I indicated it was my first time there, he very kindly explained their tier system and was very patient with any questions I had. Recommend to anyone in the area you'll definitely be taken care of.
