Love the customer service! and the team is very knowledgeable! Being a non-commissioned sales environment you really get the benefit of honest feedback. And sooo many flavors to choose from! No giant clouds when you walk in- clean environment and friendly staff. Can't go wrong!

I just have to say that Amber is what makes this place what it is! She has always been so helpful and nice every time I go in there. She is the person that every business should have. The store is great, a little pricey but the customer service from Amber is why I keep going here.

First time Vaporer -I started going to another vape store, everything I was told about the products I purchased was incorrect, I was extremely disappointed with this store. I found Sapphire and was impressed with the quality of the products and knowledge of the staff. They are always very helpful and extremely kind! Even though the other store is much closer, I will gladly drive the extra couple of miles to give Sapphire my business.

Very clean and the air doesn't have it's own texture or taste unlike quite a few other vape shops. The staff is all very knowledgeable about all of their products and incredibly helpful to everyone that comes into the store. All of their products are quality and come straighy from their warehouse, and their products and devices are most definitely not refurbished as some may claim. And an amazing variety of their own juices and cheap third party line.

Customer service was great, they took the time to answer all of my questions, and as a first time vape buyer I had many,they also took the time to explain how everything worked/how to properly use and care for my new device. Their store was very well set up and a good flow. The liquid bar had a variety of flavors to choose from and they were kind enough to allow me to sample my fill until I found the right one for me. Overall a great experience and I see myself shopping at this location for all my vaping needs!! Highly recommended
