Bad customer service. The lady was nice until I told her I just wanted coils and no juice. She started giving me a hard time and even asked to see my id to use my credit card despite my picture on the card .When I tried to show it to her she said with an attitude I got it. This might not sound as bad as it truly was. She just had such an attitude and face expressions .

The door was locked before closing. Called the store and the guy just sat there ignored it and vaped waiting on the time to pass furious because he could’ve helped so many customers in that time. Costing the company so much money little by little with unprofessional moves like that. Just a heads up If you’re gonna close earlier then what is advertised on your door you could at least put a sign on the door stating closing early. Definitely just lost a long term customer.

Although the majority of locations are wonderful, the nippers corner location stands far above the rest! All restaurants, stores and every business in between, rarely do you find such a patient and informative staff. I urge everyone to give this location a shot. You definitely won't be disappointed!

The guy working tonight couldn’t have been any nicer, he took the time to get me squared away and I will definitely go back to this location for now on.
