Purchased a Raz vape. Employee let me try it b4 I left the store. I hit it once and it worked. Got 1 mile down the road and hit it again and it wasn't working correctly. Went straight back to the store and was gone no longer than 5-10 minutes. Told employee it wasn't working correctly and he said there was nothing he could do!! What a rip off!! Don't waste your time or your money on this place! These vapes are most likely fake! That's probably why they break within 5 mins of purchasing them!!! The display is broken and the vape won't hit and I did nothing to damage it at all! Broke the second time I tried to use it! 5 minutes after purchase! Ridiculous!

Bought a hookah today for a really good price. The worker was really helpful and knew what he was doing. Definitely will come back.

I’m not happy with the service I got there. I bought two vapes. one didn’t work when I got home. when I plugged it up it gave back a electrical charge, and never work. I was out of town. I had to purchase another vape of a different brand. Got back home on Monday. Brought vapes back to the store to be told that there was no refunds, and he never had an issue with the vape. So that doesn’t mean that the vape didn’t work. I told him that the vape is not good if it gave off electrical charge. No I’m not understanding why I couldn’t get a refund or exchange for a different brand. I didn’t want the money back I just really wanted to exchange. Don’t buy this brand.

First time coming in to the store and was amazed how friendly and great service they have I recommend coming in and saying hi to their staff. Thanks again Taylor for your help and hospitality.
