Sold me expired vape juice and they’re refusing a refund or a swap out. They quit picking up my calls and left me on the phone for 20 mins waiting on a manager.

The owner and the staff were extremely helpful & nice. We purchased an item and left without a receipt for our warrenty. Within 2 days the boss personally reached out and handled our situation with no questions or problems.

Just giving everybody a heads up this guy is selling counterfeit ELF bars. DO NOT shop at this store. I'm reporting this guy to ATF and reporting him to local police. He's selling dangerous counterfeit vapes. DO NOT SHOP HERE. Let's see if he's even willing to let me exchange this counterfeit ELF Bar for a real one. I'd leave zero stars if I could.

Had a bad experience the first time coming here and thought I would give this place another shot but I won’t be going back. TERRIBLE customer service. Purchased a faulty product and went to return it not even 10 minutes after purchasing and was instructed to just buy another one. The man behind the counter got verbal and followed me out of the store. All because they sold me a faulty product and I wanted to return it. He seemed like he was under the influence of something, he was unnecessarily confrontational. Take your money elsewhere please.

Owner/Staff are rude, sold me a pack of super stale leafs and then tried to blame me saying I “should’ve felt them outside of the pack” first. The owner told me he would take them back “this time” but the next time I would have to pay because they were open… how else would I have known they’re stale? Then I asked for my money back just to hear they don’t take refunds, how are you not going to refund me when your products are expired??? Will never come back
