Great neighborhood shop! I go there consistently and just recently got a defective product (first time out of many purchases). I’m an awkward guy, so I’m not the type to complain or ask for an exchange, but I figured I’d give it a try. He swapped it out for me without question! He could have easily refused me told me “tough luck”, but he clearly cares about his customers. They already had my business, but today they earned a lifelong customer.

We just moved in to the area and we was trying to support this local business. First time there and they sell us a $50 battery for $150. So I wonder how many people is being scammed like this. If you must go to this place, do your research first. We will do our shopping online from no on.

Loved my experiences here, everyone is super friendly and helpful! I was introduced to the pyne pod when I went in looking for my typical vape. This vape is better then the one I use to get and stronger flavor and comes wittlh a boost button for a more flavorful hit. So worth the cost, which didn't break the bank either!!! It comes in many flavors and colors and the design is so cool! Go shop and try the new Pyne Pod!!
