Great staff, very knowledgable, but they really try and push the upsales. I don't like people trying to push products on me that I don't want and can't afford. All the budtenders do this to me except Jack, and it makes me extremely uncomfortable. -1 star for pushy sales

Honestly very disappointed. I downloaded the app and signed up because online it said that it would give me 15% off on my first purchase in the cart, once I added the strain I wanted to my cart, no discount was added and I couldn't find one in the specials or anywhere on the app. Then when I got to the dispensary, I also found out the price listed online was before tax, so not only did I not get a discount after signing up, but actually ended up having to spend more to get the product I wanted, which made me decide to just get a gram instead of an ounce. Very misleading, and frustrating especially after driving pretty far yo get to the dispensary. You guys really need to put the out the door price on your menu online, because this experience really made me not want to come to your dispensary again. The staff was very friendly though, so it was not their fault at all Response to reply given: I don't think you actually read my review because I clearly said there was no discount anywhere in the app. And also no every dispensary does not list prices pretty, every dispensary I have ever checked the menu for, and bought stuff from always has the out the door price as their price on their online ordering menu.

Terrible customer service, had to specifically ask about each product and felt very unwanted and as if shopping was annoying, the bud tender. Ended up just saying yes that one and left without getting anything else, I was supposed to get edibles. Another tried to help. And she actually snapped at the other employee lol

Astrid was very kind and patient with me when making a selection. Helped guide me to exactly what I was looking for. 😊
