Been here frequently over the last few months, bought a new torch yesterday that had issues unfortunately. Brought it back today and they worked with me to get a new torch and butane that works. If you have a problem, bring your items back immediately and they'll do their best to work with you. Super friendly and awesome customer service. Thanks again guys!

Very friendly, helpful and informative! From when I called the store with questions until the moment I walked out of the doors, this was a GREAT EXPERIENCE! The people that work there are GREAT! Great energy! Wonderful experience! I can’t say enough good things about them and the store itself. Open late and had everything I needed and showed me some new items as well! I love this place and will be back!

I used to frequently visit this store until recently I purchased a disposable Vape that did not work. I did forget to contact them immediately, but when I went to the store to explain the situation/ problem. They were extremely rude. Tried to tell me I don’t purchase it from them. They ended up giving me another one, same brand and flavor… now having same issue with it. You guys should check your stick if esco bar frutia. They are defective
