Smoke and Vapor CBD Plano (Vape, Kratom, Delta 8, Hookah)

I find it very ridiculous they are never but yet the “open” light is on. It’s always a note on the door “be back in a few” “I’ll be back soon” etc etc! Like dam can yall hire some more people. The associates & the manager are never there. FIX THE ISSUES OR HIRE SOME DAM MORE PEOPLE ! & also they always lie about there products especially prices! & yes I’ dont care if I have a penny coming back in change.. give me my change !! Wish I would leave a penny with this company.

Super affordable prices and an incredibly clean store with lots of selection. Will absolutely frequent this place more often.

The assistant manager was great. She directed me to exactly what I needed. And I happily spent more than I thought I was going to spend. Great salesmanship!

I have been a regular customer at this store for a while. The store is consistently well-maintained and the staff are consistently professional, particularly the manager, Sarah. She is consistently friendly, demonstrates a positive attitude, and is highly knowledgeable.

I’ve been here about 20 times and had a good experience until I came in on my birthday. I had just gotten a phone call from my family that I hardly get to talk to or see, to wish me a happy birthday. I got barked at for their “no phone policy” which is honestly ridiculous for any retail shop. I’ve been able to talk on the phone, I’ve called to ask friends what flavor vapes they wanted, I could price check things, I could take pictures and send to people to see if they like the items as gifts, or to let them know what I’d like as a gift - and this has been allowed at any head shop in Texas, and even in dispensaries in other states that sell the same thing plus way more. What’s the excuse here? I can understand being a couple miles from a high school, you want to make sure people aren’t supplying kids. That’s where you can just listen to the call “oh you want blueberry they don’t have that” rather than ruin the experience of a genuine customer, especially a regular. I don’t expect you to change your policy but I do have a place here to report my experience and let you know why I’ve decided to buy elsewhere. I’m a one-strike kind of guy so save the energy of replying.
