I used to love this place there was guy there I think his name was Seth and he was super knowledgeable about products. However, I came in a while ago and met someone else who told that he would give me a discount for buying in bulk and charged me full price. He had black hair and glasses didn’t catch his name. Like $30 off a $90 product and discounted bundle on others. When he told me the total he said the discount was at the bottom. I did the math myself and was charged full price. I went back in and he tried to get me to buy more But I wouldn’t have bought everything if it wasn’t discounted to begin with and I already spent a lot more than I had intended . he refused to refund the difference. Like if I can’t make a return at least the deal I was told. I felt totally scammed. I tried calling back and my partner tried talking to them and they pretty much just told us that we were lying. (It was the same guy every-time trying to cover the mistake) I’ve seriously have never left a review like this before but they stole my money. I reached out twice and if I’m not getting my money back I might as well warn others. And I won’t be coming back. It’s sad I used to really like this place and trusted the opinions of the staff.

Started coming here from the Allen location. Sean is always super helpful at the Allen location. Naz is super helpful here at the Plano store! He is always super kind and informative, and always helps me make the best decision! He’s always friendly and smiling. There’s a reason I’ve come here for 3 years
