I went to three smoke shops looking for Juicy Bar for the same price of 19.00 where I originally brought it. Either they had it or if they did it was way too much. I didn’t want to go way on the other side of town on Dallas Parkway. The young man was nice enough to match my price for the juicy bar. Thanks so much.

Bought a medusa vape and got charged 92 dollars. Kinda thought it was high but he then also kept the receipt in a suspious way. Now i see in the comments other people got double charged. Just drive a little further to another vape store..

Update: Ever since Gio sold this place to Smoke Art the customer service is non existent. Product selection and availability has been rough with ETAs. Fast forward to Monday 4/08/24. Girlfriend was double charged for things she didn't want and employee had zero customer relation skills. She called me and was very upset over being out 80 dollars. I showed up and employee had zero respect and wanted to just talk about good deals and he wasn't wrong. I verified his account of the story and verified my girlfriends account separately. Walked back into the store and was told refunds weren't possible. Then Zelle was an option. (We don't have zelle). Then suddenly after arguing cash was made available and employee complained the whole time about how it was money out of his pocket. Haven't seen this employee once since the smoke art "revamp". So I'm not sure his logic there. Unless you are dealing with Shawn just leave. Customer service is non existent, place always smells like weed. Went from some class to trash.
