Recently, I had the chance to visit Smoke Central, and I was really impressed by the service from Lita and Griffin. From the moment I stepped inside, they were friendly and knowledgeable. Lita's warm demeanor and deep product knowledge helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and she also made sure I understood how my points worked. Griffin was equally friendly and provided excellent customer service, making my visit even better. The shop is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of high-quality products. Customer service is key. I was asking questions as one should when you need understanding. The girl was not interested in talking or making a sale. I will not return. Took my money somewhere else.
