I'm not a vaper by any means. However, I grabbed an Orion vape flavor that I'd never tried before. I did not like it at all, I went back in to buy another one and they gave me a 3rd one for free. Great customer service.

The store is always clean, well stocked, and the employees are so nice and happy to help! This is my new regular one-stop-shop for my vapes. 12/10!

When in knowing what item I was going to buy? In one of the owners of sold me on a more expensive device and once I got home didn't work properly, went to return. I'd have to come back and see the different manager. When he was in. when I returned 2 weeks later. Talked to the guy who said he was the manager. And he said that I couldn't because I needed to talk to the other manager that sold it to me. And he wouldn't be in for 2 week. Just wanted to get credit towards the device. That I originally wanted to purchase that. I knew function but guy said he could not take it back and it could not come out of his pocket. It would have to come out of the other but manager pocket. I would not recommend coming here. They did not stand behind any other products even after they pushed you to sell them most expensive items.
