This smoke shop is awesome!! I came in to buy a vape and didn't see they had a buy one get one 50% off but the guy behind the counter politely asked if I had noticed the sale sign and recommended me some good flavors! Will definitely be returning, great customer service and a friendly vibe in the store!

Lisa provides some of the best customer service I've ever encountered at a vape shop. She's knowledgeable, friendly, and always has a smile on her face. I sometimes come in late after work and even though she's about to close, she is still happy to help me out. She's a big reason I keep shopping there. Thanks, Lisa!

I've been to 4-5 different vape shops in the several days looking for a mod tank glass relpacement and a single o-ring. Unfortunately they didn't have a replacement glass that fit and no loose o-rings. The owner offered to pick a glass replacement at the warehouse for me by next Tuesday (today is Saturday) and he pulled an o-ring off an old stock item for me so I could use a back-up tank. No other shop even came close to doing either for me. Bravo Smoke Hut! UPDATE: Had to drop 2 stars. Today is Tuesday. One week after the owner was supposed to call me to pick up my glass replacement. I've called twice since last Friday and no return call. I guess it was to good to be true. You know, where someone actually does something they say the're going to do.

This place was honestly great! It had a wide selection of products, the store looked wonderful, and Ray had excellent customer service and was very friendly. This bong absolutely rips and I will be coming back.
