Just want to warn others so that they are not put in the same situation as I was. I’ve been a customer of the store for the entirety of their existence at the Parmer location. I went in to buy the product I bought many times before and noticed that the label was very faded. I was a little hesitant but the employees assured me that they would never sell old or outdated product. I ended up using the product despite it looking and smelling different than it had before and had a bad outcome. I attempted to fix the situation by taking my receipt and the product back to the store, in hopes of getting some kind of exchange or discount or refund but was instead met with disrespect from the owner himself. The same guy who assured me everything was good would not tell the owner on the phone all of the details in the owner refused to listen to them. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this location to anyone because they obviously don’t care about their customers at all.

I just left this stop while visiting and when I tell you they have all your smoking needs from cigars, vapes, & vape & all of your smoke needs. In addition, to having all of your smoking needs they have a fun staff with stellar customer service that helped me out so SHOUT OUT 📣 to Lakisha and Shae for helping my friend and I out and giving us exemplary customer service. I was pleased with the plentiful variety of product, cleanliness was PRISTINE, & would definitely recommend this smoke shop; I definitely say they’re definitely deserve the name Smoke & Chill. Wonderful place overall 💯🥰

Very disappointed with this location. I've purchased a piece of glass with a package. I walked outside to my car. Realized that it wasn't what I could use. Went right back inside and was told. You can't exchange nor get a return. After 3 minutes of purchase. I wasn't even looking for money back. I just wanted an exchange. Two thumbs down never recommend if I could take away stars I would

Been coming here for a couple of years never had any issues. Bought a few glass pieces and one of the few spots I found that carry a brand I like. Staff have always been helpful and friendly when I've stopped by.

Honestly was a major advocate of this store. The options, the environment, most of the staff A++ I went in this week to buy a vape at a little after 10am and was greeted with a request to leave the store... What?! The employee was counting money at the register and yelled at me that the store was not open yet and asked me to leave. I said "weird, it's after 10am and the door was open." I have no desire to ever be greeted like that again... I used to shop there because it was chill, as advertised... That experience was far from Chill...
