Smoke N Vape [Tobacco-CBD-Cigars-Kratom-Water pipes]

Around 10:30 today I came in for the first time. I don’t remember the woman’s name, but she was great. She noticed I took interest in some pieces and unlocked the case for me and answered all my questions. In the five minutes I spent there, she helped me pick out this little water pipe and add catcher setup. Beyond the typical good customer service, she genuinely made sure I knew what I was looking at and buying. I’m very satisfied with her assistance and what she helped me pick. Thanks again and I’ll be back regularly enough to get her name.

From start to finish the customer service was amazing and top notch. They had a wide variety of items and I was able to find everything that I came in for. I will be back to shop more. Great prices and vast majority of products.

Cashier was very friendly but the owner got weird when i asked if he had a specific rolling paper. Didn’t have’em, no big deal so i got something else just fine. Then he was saying he doesn’t have room for that product (lil weird, whatever) and when i was leaving i heard him saying how he doesn’t want people complaining about variety. Won’t be comin back

I was really excited for a new vape store to go to that was closer to home. I got 2 Tyson vapes, the one died within 3 days and wouldn’t recharge - a known issue for the Tyson vapes. The lady at the counter told me “it worked when you left so it’s not our problem” and wouldn’t even offer a discount or replacement. That is not customer service and definitely not a way to keep customers coming back, which I will not be. Save your money and go some place else that cares about their customers.
