Very clean, well-maintained, family owned and operated, friendly, and they have excellent prices. They really value and take care of their regulars here, it's a totally different vibe than any other smoke shop I've been in. If they don't carry something you'd like to buy, sometimes they'll order it and stock it just to meet your needs. They go above and beyond.
